Security

Keep control of connections and access

A trading platform requires trust. NELDAR separates the user account from exchange connections and relies on controlled API access rather than asking for exchange passwords.

API instead of password

Exchanges are connected through designated API access, not by sharing your exchange password.

Revocable

An API connection can be revoked or replaced on the exchange side.

Account protection

NELDAR has its own account security; use strong credentials and available two-factor options.

Permissions

Grant only the rights you actually need

API permissions differ by exchange. Only permissions required for the intended function should be enabled.

Do not share exchange passwords
Manage API keys separately
Control permissions at the exchange
Disable unnecessary permissions

Responsibility

Security does not end with the software

Secure software does not replace careful account configuration. Access protection, API rights and control of exchange accounts remain part of a secure setup.

Use strong unique passwords
Use two-factor authentication
Review API access regularly
Remove unused connections
